Camper Requirements:

Campers are required to have medical insurance coverage.

We ask that campers with current wounds, pressure injuries, or bed sores DO NOT register due to activity limitations that are required to promote healing.

Campers are required to read and agree to adhere to the Camper Code of Conduct and understand that failure to do so may result in my being asked to leave the event at their own expense.

Campers are required to fill out and submit Whispering Hope Ranch Waiver 2026 WHR – CAMPERS – ALL AGES prior to attending the event. Waivers will be emailed in April.

Camper Costs:

Camp with a Ramp registration fee includes food, lodging, all activities, and off-site excursions.

$400 per camper (EARLY BIRD March 1st to May 18th $300)

Each camper is allowed 1 caregiver for $300 (EARLY BIRD March 1st to May 18th $200)

Each additional camper guest staying overnight is required to pay the full registration fee $400 per person (EARLY BIRD March 1st to May 18th $300). Please note a limit of 1 caregiver and 2 family members maximum per camper.

Transportation to and from Phoenix area is available with a $100 fee (Please note limited availability for transportation. CWAR is accepting transportation for people in power chairs only. If you are in a manual chair, please email info@campwitharamp.org. CWAR will help coordinate a volunteer you can car pool with, and CWAR with help transport your equipment. It will be a $60 fee.)

Campers must be at least 13 years old to stay overnight. Children age 17 and under require parent or guardian supervision. Campers are allowed family/friends to attend during the day only, however children age 10 and younger are not allowed per WHR policy.

Family or friend Visitor Meal pass* $15 per person per meal.

*Only applies to camper or volunteer guests not staying overnight that would like meal(s) provided.

Please note: 2025 Camp with a Ramp is September 10-13, 2026. Discounted Early Bird registration fee is available until May 18, 2026. Partial scholarship applications must be submitted by April 19, 2026. Camper registration will be closed July 12, 2026. Partial refund available until May 18, 2026. No refund is available after August 21, 2026.

Partial scholarships for campers are available based on financial need.  The partial scholarship application is located at the bottom of the Camper Application Form. Partial scholarship applications must be submitted by April 19, 2026.
